Right to withdraw
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may notify us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Processing your request: We use Revoq to handle withdrawal requests. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from Revoq Withdrawal. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it promptly.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Returning goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in sellable (unused and undamaged) condition. If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct that diminished value from the reimbursement.
