Digital Accessibility Statement

Peaty's is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously working towards improving digital accessibility, and we are doing so by implementing global standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and ensuring compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Peaty's aims to achieve conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This aligns with the requirements set out in the EU Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

We know from several accessibility assessments that we still have a few things to improve. Please note that this does not mean that users will be unable to access our content, but it indicates that we still have some work to do – and we are working on it!
