OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your items to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit.

Please include proof of purchase and our returns form which can be downloaded above.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50/€50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received at our warehouse.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. Once processed, refunds will be returned back to the original payment source and can take up to 5 working days to become visible, depending on your bank.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer a traditional exchange service, instead, a new order should be placed and the old order returned for refund. Once we receive your original items back in the warehouse, the usual returns process applies.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you believe your goods are faulty, please fill in our warranty form, making sure to included all information and any images outlining any defects or damage.

In all situations, please contact us before sending any goods back to us.

WARRANTY

Peaty's Products come with a standard 1-year warranty period, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your purchase meets the high standards of quality and performance we uphold. If a product has a different warranty period, it will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase or in the product documentation. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective items at no additional cost, as long as they have been used under normal conditions and in accordance with product instructions. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

RETURN EXEMPTIONS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any exceptions to the above are granted at our discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the order is placed it will be sent to our warehouse for immediate shipment therefore we cannot process any cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible on websales@peatys.com if there is any issues with your placed order.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
